What are your business hours?

• Weekday hours by appointment between 8AM – 9PM.
• Friday close at 6PM
• Saturday 9AM – Noon
• Holidays/Sunday 9AM – Noon / 7PM – 9PM

Can I bring my pet’s food and belongings?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your pet’s regular food and belongings to make their stay comfortable. Familiar items such as toys, blankets, and beds help reduce anxiety. Please label all items with your pet’s name.

What vaccines are needed for boarding?

All pets need up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs require proof of rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella. Cats need rabies, feline distemper, and feline leukemia. Please bring copies of the vaccination records at check-in.

How often will my pet go outside?

We prioritize exercise and bathroom breaks. Dogs are taken out at least three times daily for bathroom breaks and supervised playtime in secure areas. Cats enjoy regular playtime to engage their instincts.

What payment options are available?

Payment can be made with:

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

We strongly recommend that you call ahead of time to know our requirements and guarantee availability, but walk-ins are always welcome!

How often is feeding?

We follow our normal procedure of feeding two times a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.  If your pet has a strict feeding regiment we can make arrangements as to not distrupt the regiment.
